In no event shall MafiaDeck or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use MafiaDeck, even if MafiaDeck or a MafiaDeck authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on MafiaDeck could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. MafiaDeck does not warrant that any of the materials on its platform are accurate, complete, or current.

User Conduct

You agree to use MafiaDeck responsibly and to:

• Not engage in harassment or abusive behavior toward other players
• Not use offensive language or inappropriate content
• Not attempt to cheat or exploit the game mechanics
• Not disrupt other players' gaming experience
• Follow the spirit of fair play and good sportsmanship

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Changes to Terms

MafiaDeck reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
